The Books of 2024
This year, I made a promise that I would only review books on here that I really loved or would highly recommend. That means there aren’t quite as many reviews as I would like. With that being said, I feel like I need to prove to you all that I’m actually reading. Thus, once a month, I’ll come and update my books of 2024!
As a friendly reminder, just because I did not care for a book does not mean that it’s a bad book! We all have different taste, so look into the books more if they sound interesting to you. Clearly, they sounded interesting to me too.

*Denotes a book first published in 2024.
** Denotes a book first published in 2025. Yay for ARCs!
In 2024, I’ve read 100 books, which equates to more than 36,000 pages. I was new to audiobooks, so I didn’t track those with the right “editions” in Goodreads or StoryGraph (but I’ll work on that next year).
Phew! It’s been a mixed bag of a year so far, but I’ve had some real knockouts in 2024. However, not as many as I would like. I’m hoping that 2025 will be a better reading year. I really need to improve the number of five-star books that I read.
